The team of DominikaD &VillőI: the designers of the collections are Dominika Drótos and Villő Imets; the responsible of the production is János Deák.
Dominika Drótos
„I started to deal with arts in 2013 at the university preparation school of Rita Kopek. Today I study fashion design at the London College of Fashion. During the summer of 2015 i had to possibility to participate at the summer university programme of Paris College of Arts, after that i spent my internship in New York, at Emm Kuo accessories designer’s studio.
I got in touch with the Luan by Lucia Fashion House through the Lucia Fashion Academy, where at first studied fashion illustration, then in 2017 i participate at another course, called My first collection. After these experiences i was offered to be in the newest team of LBL.
Villő Imets
“Currently i study fashion and textil design at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design master programme, Budapest. I got the BA degree at West University of Timisoara with the specialization of fashion design. I got in at the Luan by Lucia Fashion House as an intern by a designer tender, where soon i got the opportunity to be part of the new LBL team. I think that this is a great thing looking at the future: we can learn a lot from professionals, we can reach real, practical knowledge, and the teamwork is also a useful and nice experience. My goal is to start my own fashion busness, where i would use all these practical experiences I’ve gained.
János Deák
"In 2006 I took part in the annual SZKTV competition, where I got my certification as a Womenswear maker. Two years later I was accepted to the University of Óbuda, where right now I’m in my last year of Industrial Design Engineering studies. As an intern at Luan by Lucia Fashion House I participated in Budapest Design Week in 2012 and 2013. Right now I’m taking part in designing the fashion house’s secondary line’s, LBL’s collections."
